Title: Confetti Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yield: 24 Cookies

3/4cButter Flavor Crisco
1 1/4cBrown Sugar, firmly packed
2tbMilk
1tbVanilla
1 Egg
1 1/2cFlour, all purpose
1tsSalt
3/4tsBaking soda
1cWalnuts, coarsely cut
1/2cChocolate chunks, semisweet
1/2cWhite chocolate baking pieces
1/2cMilk Chocolate chips

Preparation Time: 20 Minutes Bake Time: 8 to 9 Minutes

1. Heat oven to 375 F.

2. Combine Butter Flavor Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large mixing bowl at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Beat in egg.

3. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Beat into creamed mixture at low speed until blended.

4. Stir in walnuts, chocolate chunks, white chocolate baking pieces and milk chocolate chips. Drop 2 level measuring tablespoonfuls of dough into a mound for each cookie. Place 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.

5. Bake at 375 for 8 to 9 minutes ( cookies will appear moist ). Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. ( Hint: Do not overbake. Cookies continue to bake during 2 minute cooling time on baking sheet. ) Remove to cooling rack.

Makes 2 dozen 3 inch cookies.
